Republic Bank chose to partner with the Business and People Development (BPD) Associates, as the Entrepreneurs Business Builder (EBB) Programme was created by Georgina Terry, a woman entrepreneur, with Caribbean women entrepreneurs in mind. The programme addresses the real-life struggles women business owners face in their respective fields daily. BPD designed the programme to give entrepreneurs like you; the blueprint for a successful business combined with the knowledge and tools needed to make this a reality.
The programme is also in keeping with Republic Bank Limited’s The Power to Make a Difference programme which provides the opportunity to engage diverse communities in the pursuit of sustainable development. With each successful alliance, together we help bridge the distance in building a more successful, inclusive and caring society. The EBB Programme is also in keeping with Goal 5 of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, which is to “Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls.”
